Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (SHK Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, Gutleutstr. 24/1, 77933 Lahr, Deutschland, info@shkshop.info, Phone: +49 7821 996933 - 0, Email: info@shkshop.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website model withdrawal form. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Bathroom ceramics: 53,00 €
Bathroom furniture, mirror cabinets, bathroom radiators: 68,00 €
Shower enclosures: 150,00 €
Remaining goods not eligible for parcel service: € 53.00
* Island surcharge: max. 175,00 € plus the above-mentioned costs

Returns from abroad:

Goods eligible for parcel service: Must be returned at your own expense.
Bathtubs/shower trays/whirlpools: € 140.00
Bathroom ceramics: 95,00 €
Bathroom furniture, mirror cabinets, bathroom radiators: 120,00 €
Shower partitions: 280,00 €
Remaining goods not eligible for parcel service: € 95.00
* Island surcharge: max. 175,00 € plus the above-mentioned costs
 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
