Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us  (SHK Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, Gutleutstr. 24/1, DE-77933 Lahr, Germany, info@shkshop.info, Phone: +49 (0)7821 996933-0, Fax: +49 (0)7821 996933-22) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired..

Effects of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred as a result of your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the goods returned.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The costs for the return shipment are calculated as follows:

Return shipments within Germany and Austria:

Goods suitable for parcel shipment: Returns at your own expense
Bathtubs/shower trays/whirlpools: 75,00 €
Bathroom ceramics: 53,00 €
Bathroom furniture, mirror cabinets, bathroom radiators: 68,00 €
Shower partitions: 150,00 €
Remaining non-parcel-service-capable goods: 53,00 €
* Island surcharge: up to €175 plus the costs listed above

Return shipments from abroad:

Goods suitable for parcel service: Returns at your own expense
Bathtubs/shower trays/whirlpools: 140,00 €
Bathroom ceramics: 95,00 €
Bathroom furniture, mirror cabinets, bathroom radiators: 120,00 €
Shower partitions: 280,00 €
Remaining non-parcel-service-capable goods: 95,00 €
* Island surcharge: up to €175 plus the costs listed above

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their condition, properties and functionality.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.
