General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
These Terms also apply to all future business relationships with businesses without requiring any further agreement. Conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions used by businesses do not become part of the contract unless expressly agreed by us.
2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract, Correction Options
The contract is concluded with SHK Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
By displaying products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may place products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided during the ordering process. The contract is formed when you click the order button, thereby accepting our offer for the items in your shopping basket. After submitting your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The following languages are available for concluding the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these Terms on a durable medium. You may also access the contract text via your customer account.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are added to the product prices displayed. Delivery charges are explained in the individual product listings.
Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.
You may also collect your order from: SHK Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, Gutleutstr. 24/1, DE-77933 Lahr, Germany during the following business hours: 8.00-16.00
We do not deliver to "Packstation" parcel lockers.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
Advance Payment
If you select advance payment, we provide our bank details in a separate e-mail. Goods are dispatched after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card is charged immediately after placing your order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction. The payment is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further instructions follow during checkout.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered users based on its own criteria. We have no influence over these options; any additional payment method is governed solely by your agreement with PayPal..
SOFORT by Klarna
To pay via SOFORT by Klarna (Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany), you must have an online-banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account is debited immediately after placing the order.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is available only to consumers and requires a successful address and credit check. Unless stated otherwise, payment is made directly to Klarna. Further details are provided during checkout.
Purchase on account via Klarna:
The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment and receipt of the invoice.
Financing via Klarna:
You may pay in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum instalment is €6.95.
Cash Payment on Collection
You may pay in cash upon collection.
6. Right to Cancel
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel as described in the cancellation policy. Businesses are not granted a voluntary right of cancellation.
7. Damage During Delivery
For Consumers
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such issues to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights, particularly your warranty rights. However, reporting damage helps us assert claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
For Businesses
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you once we hand the goods over to the carrier, freight forwarder or any other person or entity designated to handle the shipment.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Liability for Defects
We are legally obliged to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the applicable law is that of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Information on any additional guarantees and their conditions can be found in the product description and, if applicable, on dedicated information pages. Complaints can be submitted using the contact details provided in the supplier identification.
If it is necessary for the assessment of your complaint, you must return the goods to us at our expense. We respond to complaints promptly, but no later than within 14 days.
8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any voluntary guarantees and their exact conditions is provided with the respective product and, where applicable, on dedicated information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:

in cases of injury to life, limb or health,

in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty,

where a guarantee has been given,

towards consumers.
In all other cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable and direct damage typical for this type of contract.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

12. Final Provisions
If you are a business, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
If you are a merchant (“Kaufmann”) under the German Commercial Code (HGB), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is our registered office.
