The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (since 1 January 2020 called the Universal Arbitration Board).
