    • How do I order at

      Select the article view for the desired product and click on the "add to cart" button.

      You will then be automatically forwarded to the shopping cart.

      For the selection of further articles click on "continue shopping".

      When you have placed all the desired articles in the shopping basket, click on the button "Checkout".

      You will now be automatically redirected to the login, where you can log in as an existing customer with your access data, register as a new customer or enter your contact data as a guest without registration.

      Next, you will be guided through steps 1-4:

      1. Select shipping method:
        Here you have the possibility to enter a different delivery address. If you do not make any changes automatically stores your entered customer address as the shipping address. Furthermore, you can choose between the options "Shipping costs i.e. delivery of the goods or "self-collection".
      2. Select payment method:
        Here you have the possibility to enter a different billing address. If you do not make any changes automatically stores your entered customer address as billing address. Then select the desired payment method out. Furthermore, there is the possibility to select a Trusted Shops buyer protection. In the following field You now have the possibility to add any comments to your order.
      3. Confirm:
        A summary of all the information from the last steps appears, please check their accuracy. It is possible to change the individual points again via "edit". If all details are correct, click on the button "Buy".
      4. Done:
        Your order is now transmitted to us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

      We are always endeavoured to complete our online shop cleanly. If you cannot find your desired article in our online shop you can send us a non-binding enquiry by phone or email and we will create a new version for you. We will send you an individual offer.

    • When can the SHK Online Shop be reached by telephone?

      Our telephone lines are manned Mo.-Fr. from 7.30 to 16.00. From 16.00 o'clock on we are only reachable in a limited way by telephone. You are welcome to leave us a message on the answering machine or send us your request by email. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

    • How will I be informed about the status of my order?

      In order to be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail, it is very important that you enter your current e-mail address during the ordering process. Within a few minutes after sending your order you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

      Any information we receive from the manufacturer regarding the delivery time will be forwarded to you by email.

      As soon as we have received the complete goods, your order will be sent to you in full. You will receive your order on On the first day of dispatch an email with the assigned consignment number.

      If you have selected "self-collection", you will be notified by telephone as soon as the order is complete is ready for pick-up.

    • How long is the delivery time?

      You will find a delivery time for every article in our OnlineShop. These delivery times are given to us by the manufacturer and are approximate delivery times.     • What are the shipping costs?

      In our OnlineShop the calculation of the shipping costs is given as a shipping index. However, the shipping index is not by the actual article weight, but by a shipping index.       How will the goods be shipped?

      We send your order in a complete delivery, depending on the type and size, by parcel service or by forwarding agent. A Partial delivery is only possible by prior arrangement and against payment of the additional costs incurred.

      freight forwarding:
      Forwarding goods are always sent with our house forwarding agency. Here the goods are dispatched after a standard delivery time of approx. 2-3 days (within Germany) to the nearest depot in your area. Only then will the telephone Appointment arrangement by the disposition. Please let us know in the ordering process via the comment field if you have a wish to be notified in advance. When entering your contact details, please bear in mind that you should give us a telephone number indicate under which you can best be reached by the forwarding agent.

      Parcel service:
      We send parcel serviceable goods by UPS or DHL. The standard delivery time is about 1-2 days (within Germany). Please please note that delivery will be made during normal business hours. You therefore have the possibility, for example to indicate a different delivery address or, if necessary, to note a neighbour on the delivery address. Appointments are unfortunately not possible.

  • Complaint
    • What to do in case of transport damage / other defects?

      All articles are checked and carefully packed by our shipping staff. Nevertheless, there is a risk that the goods may be damaged on is damaged in transit. Therefore, please check the goods immediately upon acceptance for possible shipping damage. These are to be noted directly with the carrier on the consignment note. In case of doubt, as well as in case of obvious shipping damage we ask you to refuse acceptance. Upon receipt of the goods, they must be checked for hidden damage.     • What warranty and guarantee claims do I have?
